Orders:

• Orders are accepted by fax, mail or email only.

• MasterCard, Visa, and COD Money Order are accepted as payment, or payment in advanced.

• Prices include imprint on minimum order of five dozen kipahs.
• There will be a setup charge of $8.00 for orders less than the five dozen minimum per item per color

• Please allow 2-4 weeks for your order to be processed
• Service is based on a five day work week not including holidays or weekends
• Faster turnaround available with the following charges
  • 1 week=additional 20%
  • 1-3 days=additional 50%
  • Overnight=additional 100%

• Catalogs will be sent free of charge upon request.

OVER OR UNDER-RUNS:

Orders will ship the exact amount. However, on occasion we reserve the right to ship up to 5% over or under and will bill accordingly.

Shipping:

We ship airborne ground service. All shipments will be insured and charges will be included in shipping costs. Minimum shipping charge is $9.95. Additional shipping charges will be applied on larger orders or faster shipping.
Factory cannot be held responsible for meeting deadlines on airborne standard service due to shipping delays

Returns:

Orders must to be checked upon received. Errors or damages must be reported within five days. We will not take responsibility for air shipping or rush charges if the error wasn’t reported immediately.
Returned merchandise must accompany a letter stating the problem.
Merchandise returned without authorization will be refused or sent back.
Any defective merchandise will be immediately replaced or a credit will be issued. Credit will be issued only for quantity returned.

Changes/cancellations:

All orders are considered firm and can only be cancelled or changed in writing via fax or email. There is a minimum cancellation fee of $10.00. Items imprinted before cancellation or change will be billed accordingly.
